please sweety, forget about the anti aging cream and just enjoy life
YOU SHOULDN’T NEED THEM AT 23!
Dr. Murads,
Drink plenty of water – 8-12 glasses a day (body is majority water)…
avoid soda’s, excess salt, stress (exercise daily), sauna weekly or steam bath.
obviously no smoking, excess food or drugs.
Just moisturize a lot girl. Let nature take it’s course.
Sounds like you are stressing too much about it now. Wear sunscreen if you are in the sun more than 15 minutes a day, and definitely on whichever side of you is in the sun when you are in the car. Driver’s side or passenger side. Definitely put sunscreen on the backs of your hands and fingers. Age spots usually show up there first– (Unless you are one of those few ladies who still wear white gloves in the sun.) Drink plenty of fluids. Take 200iu of vitamin E.
Relax a little bit. Stressing makes for at least as many wrinkles as sun.
I use this stuff called “ester C” its vitamin C lotion and its good to keep your skin looking young, im in my early twentys and was told by my dermatologist to start early its not bad and is beneficial. The only thing with taking vitiman c topical creams is to use it at night before bed because the vitimin D in the sun can counter act it.
Also simple bar soaps ( bar soap can have less chemicals than liquid) like “kiss my face.”
if you must use liquid soap nutrogena and cetaphil are the way to go.
Also there are ingredients in many products that are better to avoid:
imidazolidinyl urea and diazolidinyl urea. They are used as preservative to prevent bacterial growth but can also cause contact dermatitis.
Fragrances most skin care products dont really need the fun smelly stuff, and it could cause skin irritaion (and allergic reaction) and no one likes that.
sodium lauryl sulfate is common in shampoos to make all those lil bubbles but it also strips the skin of lipids wich keep your face young.
MEA,TEA is a common pH stableizers but it has the tendency to clog pores cause of a chemical reaction with air.
Toluene is BAD and toxic. it wont kill you but its not good. Toluene is a chemical solvent that the EPA sees as a hazardous waste check out nottoopretty.com for more products with chemicals like toluene
DMAE is good as an instant face lift ingredient in wrinkle creams, it works by causeing cell damage and swelling, the wrinkles will go away temporarily ( same thing will happen if you get ***** slapped) but its still not good for you.
You can use OLAY anti aging creams, AVEENO, GARNIER, even NEUTREGENA, You can also use more natural products like Vitamin E cream. Also vitamin C serum or cream is good to brighten skin to maintain that young glow. There are so many creams in the store to choose from.
i totally agree with u i am 22 and worry bout ma skin we are stil young but is good to start taking care of it now..i heard fish oil is very good for skin u can take it in tablets , vitaminsm, moisturize, sun block lot of water.. and monthly *******..honey is good for u skin..hope it helps
For a really long time, I thought Mary Kay was for old ladies. But I’m 20 years old and I’ve been using the MK TimeWise line for about a year. This particular skin care collection is specifically designed to prevent the signs of aging, beginning with young skin.
23 is the perfect age to start this line, and the great thing about MK is that its a well known name, so you know you’re getting quality products. They also have a huge variety of products, and a MK beauty consultant will be be able to tell you exactly what you need.
The only downside is the price. It can be a little pricey, but the products are formulated so that you don’t need to use a whole tablespoon of moisturizer on your face daily. The beauty consultant will probably tell you your products will last you anywhere from 3-6 months before you will have to order more.
Good luck!
try a retin a it will help prevent wrinkles, help with acne, it helps with cell turn over. Its what I use also use sun screen to help prevent damage
Cool eh,
I recommend you use a cleanser/toner from Coonobabe. I use their Pepino cleanser followed by their Manzanillo toner. Wash with cleanser, pat dry with clean towel, the apply toner, and allow to air dry. I suggest you look up their sensitive cleanser/toner combination right for your skin.http://www.coonobabe.com
For anti aging, I use Preve extreme anti aging.
This worked so well for me that I purchased another bottle for my mother. Hope this helps you as it did for me.
